With the Milsig M17 G3, Milsig presents the third generation of its proven MagFed markers. Following the M17 CQC (2014) and the M17 A2 (2017), the new G3 series takes the concept to the next level – with revised technology, a new magazine generation, and a modernized design.
The heart of the system is the HeatCore Blow-Forward System . This mechanical, internally regulated system is known for its easy maintenance, high reliability, and consistent performance. The stable FPS consistency is particularly impressive for long-range shooters, while the fully automatic mechanical action ensures maximum firepower. In the current version, the spring and bolt have been optimized to increase air efficiency and feed shaped projectiles even more reliably.
The G3 features a steel-reinforced polymer grip and receiver , combined with a free-floating M-LOK handguard . The stock is designed for 13ci HP tanks , while the grip is AR-15 compatible and interchangeable.
The new headless magazines are more compact, more durable, and offer improved performance. Important: They are not compatible with the old M17 A2 magazines.
