FSK18 - Proof of age:
Before we can send the articles marked with proof of age in the text, we need a corresponding proof of age (copy of driver's license, passport or ID card) in advance (this is only necessary for the first order), which clearly shows that the customer has reached a minimum age of 18 years. In the interest of speedy order processing, we request that this be sent to our address [email protected].
Authority certificate / Authority discount:
Some of our articles in the Store are intended exclusively for use by authorities such as the military, the Bundeswehr, the police, the judiciary or customs. For the release of the dispatch we need a proof of authority in the form of a copy of an ID card or an official document, from which the name and affiliation to the office are evident.
We grant a 5% discount for authorities on presentation of an identity card for authorities (police, judiciary, customs, fire brigade, armed forces). We request that you send this to [email protected] by email so that we can assign the authority discount to your user account.
