The effect of Micropur Classic MC 1T is based on the bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties of silver.
In contrast to chlorine, which only works in water for a few hours, silver ions make water last up to 6 months . The silver ions attach themselves to the cell walls of microorganisms and thus prevent their growth.
Micropur inactivates bacteria and prevents the formation of odors in drinking water containers and pipes. Micropur can be used anywhere where water remains in a system for a long time - i.e. in cooling circuits, heating circuits, humidifiers, cisterns, water tanks, water baths, etc.
Ideal for water conservation in boats, campers or caravans. For clear, not cloudy water , as suspended matter can impair the effect of the silver ions.
