The FX Pocket Chrono V2 is a compact and very easy-to-use chronometer that works like a radar gun with Doppler radar.
Because the chronometer works with radar, the circumstances in which you shoot are not so important. It measures the speed of an object in the dark just as well as during the day. It measures speeds with extreme accuracy up to a maximum of 1,250 fps . There is a blue light on the side of the chronometer that lights up every time a shot is registered.
It is possible to read the measured information on an FX Chronograph display, which is sold separately. However, you can also use your smartphone to read the results . The FX Pocket Chrono V2 chronometer connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth .
The chronometer measures 50 x 39 x 60 mm and weighs only 78 grams. It has a Weaver/Picatinny rail mount. It also comes with another type of mount that you can use in combination with rubber bands to attach the chrono to the lens of your rifle scope.
The FX Pocket Chrono V2 chronometer has a lithium-ion battery that can be easily charged via a USB-C cable . The USB-C port is hidden under a rubber cover.
