The UK MTP side panel pouch is a flat MOLLE pouch that is 22cm high and 30cm wide . It offers space for a 20cm x 20cm x 1cm large plate within the pocket space, which can be opened with a Velcro fastener.
The excess space on either side of the plate has an extra MOLLE loop for attaching brackets to stabilize the plate on the armor beam. On the front of the side pocket of the plate there are four 25 mm MOLLE straps , which are laid horizontally and sewn vertically with 7 loops each.
The back of the panel is attached to the floor with four vertical MOLLE straps that are buttoned to the body. There are also 25mm straps to weave the bag into the floor. A 40mm Velcro strap is provided inside the bag to prevent the panel from slipping out should the lid be opened. Can be used as a plate or document folder.
Made from Milspec IRR MTP Cordura, with MTP printed ribbons .
